As one of Australia’s most celebrated annual traditions, Melbourne Cup is a day our entire nation gets caught up in a frenzy of horse racing, fashion and general festivities.
Matilda Bay Restaurant was no exception, transforming into a hub of excitement with bold coloured dresses on display and even bolder flavours on the plate.
Times Square Claremont delighted guests with a stunning fashion parade, whilst Matilda Bay Head Chef Angelo Nici treated their taste buds to a delicious 3 course menu, featuring crispy pork belly, succulent Black Angus beef fillets and a delightful deconstructed lime cheese cake.
Champagne in hand, guests could sit back and enjoy the spanning views of the Swan Review, interrupted only by the designing talent on display from Times Square’s retailers Betty Tran, Jomay Cao, Breathless, Tarvydas, Leona Edminston and Lost Souls.
With assistance from Jomay Cao, the team at SKATT did a great job with the hair and make-up for the event; the stunning girls from Alpha Models did an amazing job working the catwalk and entertaining all.
